Housekeeping — full IDR 250,000
Management — 50% (IDR 125,000)
How to earn it
Monthly cafe bill revenue goes above IDR 140,000,000.

Cafe team — full IDR 250,000
Management — 50% (IDR 125,000)

How to earn it
A positive Google review mentions a staff member by name — that person earns IDR 30,000 for each review they are named in.

Benefits & Policies

Service Entitlement
Service for all employees starts after they complete their 3-month probation period. Service is calculated as 5% of the total revenue for all rooms and cafe service, and is distributed among all eligible employees.

Annual Leave
Annual leave starts to accrue after 1 year of service.

Public Holidays
Lulu's employees are entitled to 15 public holidays per year. These can be taken after the 3-month probation period is completed.
🎁
THR Allowance
THR is paid on or before Christmas Day for Christian employees, on Nyepi for Hindu employees, and on or before Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr for Muslim employees.
💡 Management employees receive 50% of the Housekeeping and Cafe incentives. The Service incentive is open to everyone, with no cap — the more reviews name you, the more you earn.
